Draught Beverages EU Solutions Ltd ("we", "us") is a manufacturer of post-mix syrup and ready-to-drink beverages. Head office: Sofia 1680, Bulgaria. Production facility: Boboshevo 2660, Bulgaria. We are the data controller for personal data processed through this website. Contact: info@dbeusolutions.com.

What data we collect

This website does not use cookies for tracking, analytics or advertising, and does not profile visitors. We collect personal data only when you send it to us, for example through our contact or quote request form: your name, company, email address, phone number, country and the content of your message.

Why we process it

We use this data solely to respond to your inquiry and, where relevant, to prepare a quotation or enter into a business relationship with you. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR (steps prior to entering into a contract) and Article 6(1)(f) GDPR (our legitimate interest in responding to business inquiries).

How long we keep it

Inquiry data is retained for as long as needed to handle your request and for up to 24 months afterwards, unless a business relationship follows, in which case data is kept as required for contractual and legal purposes.

Who processes it on our behalf

Our website is served by Cloudflare, Inc. (hosting and content delivery). Email is provided by Google Ireland Ltd (Google Workspace). Both act as processors under data processing agreements. Where data is transferred outside the EEA, transfers rely on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or Standard Contractual Clauses.

Under the GDPR you have the right to access, rectify or erase your personal data, to restrict or object to processing, and to data portability. To exercise these rights, contact info@dbeusolutions.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, in Bulgaria the Commission for Personal Data Protection (cpdp.bg).
